Founder Jack McConkey lead the way in the development of molded plastic containers and efficiently built equipment. Today, president and second generation family member, Ed McConkey, continues innovation with products like the McCedar Hanging Baskets made of plastic resembling real cedar.
In 2002, the company launched Solaris, its irrigation, equipment and greenhouse supplies division, introducing control and ITS boom irrigation systems. Based in Sumner, Wash., McConkey provides service throughout 13 Western States and Canada.
