    Hosta

A medium-sized variegated hosta, ‘SunHosta’ performs best in the full sun and hot, humid conditions of the Southeast. It will stay vegetative under short days during winter months in South Florida. In other areas with occasional freezes, plants will go dormant during winter months and re-emerge bigger in early April. A very strong drought tolerance makes this plant even more attractive for landscapers.

    Penstemon

‘Sweet Joanne’ boasts large, flared, trumpet flowers that are lavender-pink outside and white with bright-magenta veins inside. It blooms heavily and continuously from late May through June. Foliage is glossy green, narrow and pointed. This variety grows to about 24 inches high and wide.
